Features
• Continuous pre-processing machine is composed of a combination of a retention device and a cleanser.
• When desizing, scouring and bleaching of natural fabrics, retention is done inside the saturated temperature of retention device for 20 to 60 minutes. Various retention devices according to type, process and quantity of the fabric are recommended.
• A retention device requires stabilized retention and transmission device after heating the fluid up to the retention temperature. Chemical and temperature distribution must be uniform.
• The device should be of high efficiency, using less water and chemical.
